1. Subscription Purchases

All purchases of Vooks subscriptions through Motion Storybooks are final. Once a subscription is purchased, it cannot be refunded or canceled for a partial refund, regardless of usage during the subscription period.

2. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience ongoing technical difficulties accessing your subscription and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Incorrect Purchase: If a subscription was purchased in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the purchase at support@motionstorybooks.com for assistance. Refunds for incorrect purchases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • For our subscription service, refunds can be considered depending on your jurisdiction if the license key is both unregistered and unused within 14 days of purchase.
