These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services, products, and website operated by Motion Storybooks (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including the access and resale of Vooks subscriptions. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our website and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or accessing our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services Provided

Motion Storybooks is an authorized reseller of Vooks subscriptions, offering access to Vooks’ animated storybooks via our website and subscription services. The use of Vooks is subject to the terms set by Vooks itself, in addition to our Terms.

3. Account Registration and Access

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features or services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.

4. Subscription Terms

  • Subscription Period: All Vooks subscriptions purchased through Motion Story Books provide access for a 12-month period unless otherwise specified.
  • Renewal: Your subscription will not automatically renew unless explicitly stated in your purchase terms.
  • Pricing and Payment: The prices of the subscriptions will be clearly stated on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but this will not affect any already purchased subscriptions.
  • Refund Policy: All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused or partially used subscription periods. However, if you experience technical issues accessing your subscription, please contact us for assistance. 

  • European Union 14 day cooling off period  

    Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification if you reside within the EU.

    To be eligible for a return, your licence code must be both unused and unregistered. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  To start a return, you can contact us at refunds@motionstorybooks.com  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  

5. Bulk Purchases for Educational Institutions

Schools, nurseries, and local government organizations can purchase bulk subscriptions for multiple users. Specific terms, including pricing and access, will be tailored for each organization. To inquire, please contact us at enquiries@motionstorybooks.com.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content available through Vooks remains the intellectual property of Vooks and its respective creators. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the content available on the platform without explicit permission.
  • The content and materials on the Motion Storybooks website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Motion Storybooks or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Use the service for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
  • Access the service using automated means, such as bots or scripts.
  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.
  • Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the website or subscription services.

8. Termination of Services

Motion Storybooks reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, without prior notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in any unlawful activity while using our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide our services and the content available through Vooks on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Motion Storybooks does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motion Storybooks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
